5th Grade D.A.R.E. Graduation Set For January 28

The Holdrege Police Department, in conjunction with the Holdrege Middle School has been presenting Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) to the 5th grade class. Students have been learning how to make responsible decisions and learning life skills to take a stand against drugs and other improper behavior. D.A.R.E. Graduation will be held on Monday, January 28, at 7:00 pm at the Tassel. Students need to arrive at the Tassel by 6:45 pm and should wear their D.A.R.E tee shirt, (which they will receive at school on Monday, Jan. 28) with a nice pair of jeans, pants, slacks or capris. The D.A.R.E. Graduation speaker will be Dave Griek, NTV Sports Director. Friends, neighbors, mentors and relatives are invited to attend.
