Celebrating Student Success
by Janet Fiene
Many sixth grade students achieved above and beyond their AR reading goal second quarter. Students who achieved 125% or more of their goal were recognized at our quarterly AR party. They enjoyed Mrs. Wells’ delicious, homemade brownies with ice cream. After filling up on treats, students participated in a very competitive, “Rock Paper Scissor Relay Race”! Ky thought the brownies were, “awesome”, and the students had a blast racing in the relay game. The sixth grade team feels very blessed to have such a tremendous group of students who often achieve above and beyond all expectations. We believe everyone is off to a very positive start in quarter three and excited to see what great things our sixth graders may achieve.
