Absences

If your child is going to be absent, please call the school office at 308-995-6558 before 8:00 am to inform us of the absence.  If you know ahead of time that your student will be absent, please send a note, call the school office, or send an email to hhs.office@dusters.org.  We will attempt to contact you if your student is absent and you have not contacted us.  If we do not have contact with you and are not  informed of the reason for absence, the absence will be considered unexcused.  It is also important that you inform us of the reason for the absence, especially when due to illness as we are required to report illnesses to the Health Department on Wednesdays.
